★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible insurance to deal with. Unlike every other benefit plan who just direct bills, has and app, also just provides a benefit card. It's 2022 during a pandemic and they want you to mail every claim.. This is poor business. Considering they are the benefit plan for union carpenter's.. Terrible literally terrible.. Tim Horton's has a better setup.
