Worst benefits company. Dont do it they make yoh pay top dollar for four mknths probationary period and dont let you tax deduct the out of pocket payments made on your probationary period. Complete robbery

This company is the worst of all insurances, they left me waiting 1 whole hour and once they finally answered the phone I handed it over to the person that they wanted to confirm was there with me, and then they were supposed to tell me the info after they policy holder confirmed it was okay for them to tell me, because for my job I have to check insurance for people. But once I got the phone back they hung up and did not give me any of the info I needed, I wasted an hour of my work time trying to get ahold of them just for them to hang up on me and unfortunately I had to call them again ands I've currently been waiting another 20 minutes. I know this isn't necessarily the managers fault or everyone that works there don't get me wrong but it's definitely the receptionist fault I know there are many more then one rep so it's absurd that not one of them can answer a phone within an hour. ( If Blue cross is reading this don't bother telling me "sorry you had a bad experience." how about use this time to answer the phone rather then looking and responding to reviews maybe then you'd have a better rating and stop wasting my time. ) Update they answered the second time after 35min and by that time the Pt left and they could no longer confirm that they were here with me so the rep said he'd have to transfer me to their help team or whatever but once that happened it said they were now closed and hung up on me again... so I wasted almost two hours just to ask 5 simple questions that I didn't even get a chance to ask! moral of the story don't use this insurance company or you are gonna wanna rip your hair out and end up being a Karen wrighting a bad review. Wanna know something funny but not? IM GONNA HAVE TO CALL AGAIN TOMMORROW FOR THE SAME INFO I TRIED TO GET TWICE ALREADY.
