★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They made me get an inspection on an older vehicle that was parked but still insured. They switched companies and the new company requested an inspection.
So I terminated my insurance policy on the truck and got insured through AMA. No inspection required at AMA for my 91 Chevy pickup.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Alberta Best is truly the best insurance brokerage I've ever dealt with. I was so pleased with their service I moved all of my business and personal insurance over to them a few years ago. All of the personnel is very responsive, always happy to help out, and I love the practical advice I get from them. I recommend Alberta Best Protek to anybody who asks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been a client of alberta best in beaumont for over 10 years I have never questioned the rates or even shopped them until my home insurance went to more then double what I originally started paying with them. I called Megan and asked her to shop the rates for me she got very offended and called us back a day later told us our premiums were going up even more and they were only giving us comprehensive on our car. She refused to even shop the rates for us. I do not recommend using this company. We pay half with Allstate and they provide better service.

There was a reporting error that I needed corrected and this team went all out to help me even though they were not obligated to reduce the fee owed for a customer they had not had for several years. I was so impressed by their exceptional customer service (manager of this location was very kind) they just won my business back by their award winning kindness, compassion, friendliness and willingness to go the extra mile. Thanks to the whole team at Alberta Best.
