Lady driving cut me off and almost side swiped me in Tim Hortons drive thru with this company’s logo on the truck, I mean really?

We had a really difficult sewer service to get done, came out did the service fast and did a great job when no other contractors didn't even want the job. Couldn't be happier.

Quick, efficient, prompt, and responsive. They were kind and transparent about the work they were doing. I would highly recommend to friends and colleagues.

These jokers were subcontracted by the city of Winnipeg in the fall of 2018 to replace fire hydrants and their water supply pipes in the front yard of our bay. Not only did they destroy curbs and the road, the broke my sewer drainage pipe. As the city engineer put it (on tape). They were too aggressive when pushing through the new pipes and cracked mine. I was not the only resident with problems. My neighbors on either side also complained. Their resultant negligence smcauaed a sew back up out of my toilet downstairs. They paid for my plumber who assisted in getting the water drained and confirmed with a snack and camera that the break was on the city portion where they were working. I complained to the city who referred it to them. They sent out TWO different companies to estimate repairs and after Months ended up referred to their insurance agent. TRAVELLERS INSURANCE. And now , when I finally get someone to speak with and converse in emails I am told that they won’t repair (clean and disinfect) the parts exposed to sewage water and refuse to tell me how much those two estimates were. They also refused to return my email to them and answer questions including how would I appeal this decision within their company considering it was their client’s mistake. Alsan seemed to not care and as the cleanup would cost too much. Their foreman was also soo rude and unapologetic when he came into the site and confirmed that the break was their fault. City of Winnipeg SHOULD NOT let ANY business be allowed to continue to bid on jobs when they do not follow through on damage that they cause. Buyer beware with this company. Ps. Same work going on nearby this fall but.. thank goodness for those residents, a different company.

Large truck with trailer was blocking street to school at 8:39 a.m. There was no way to get around them and the only option would be to back up and onto Kenaston Blvd. which is unsafe to do at any time though particularly during rush hour. I honked to let them know there was someone behind the truck and they completely ignored me. When I asked them to move, they gave me the finger. When they had finally moved some time later and I was able to park and exit my car, they began yelling profanities in front of my small children and other children and crossing guards near the school.

Al-San repaired our sewer and provided stellar service! The boss was extremely helpful and informative. They were done the job in one day and it was a pleasure to work with them. I will continue to use their services in the future!
