★ ★ ★ ★ ★ All of our vendors use this company for shipping and it has to be the most disorganized and noncaring company we have ever relied on for service. Constant delays with zero communication. They hold trailers at their depot for no rhyme or reason and express little to no reasoning.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First they did not want to bring the box to the room, even though I paid a fee for "room of choice". After I insisted to talk to their manager, and after so much back and forth over the phone their manager said Okay do it!
I cant imagine a delivery company does not have shoulder dolly!
They smashed the Treadmill to the steps several times until they got to the basement. Instead of holding the box, they literally pulled it and let it hit every step down the stairs. The box was already torn and when reached basement completely destroyed!
Gladfully the treadmill seems not affected. But they definitely need to be educated how to deliver heavy stuff efficiently and with minimum damage.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible service and no delivery when tracking information stated delivered. After long waits on hold finally was informed shipment was damaged but they couldn't be bothered to contact myself or the shipper....what a joke this company is!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Front desk service was quick. The pickup door area service was slower but as soon as they saw me they came quickly. Less than 30 min of wait time I think is great for a delivery freight company.
