No one returned my calls. No one cared. Customer service like this is exactly the reason customers are choosing other options like Uber and Lyft. Would not recommend this company
d	dogma on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst taxi company ever. I called and booked a taxi, they said they gonna come within 10-15 minutes. But I waited 30 minutes, and they still didn't come. I had to ended up booking with another company while chilling in wind. I actually doubt they really booked the taxi for me or not. Because now its already 1 hours later than when I called, and they still didn't call me. If they sent a taxi they would called me when they arrive.
