I've been dealing with Ryan the new owner of Akfit for many months now building my gym. I can say that he goes above and beyond to provide has many options as he can to suit all my needs for my gym. My expectation have been blow out of the water with how sasistified I am with dealing with this local business.
Not only as Ryan been amazing to deal with. But all his staff on the sales floor have been very pleasant to deal with. I've been in and out of this store many times dealing with staff, never have I left feeling like I should of been treated better
Thirdly, I've also been dealing with all his delivery and warehouse Staff, every single one of his employes have been helpful , respectful and very pleasant to deal with. My home gym is nearly complete ( Due to COVID Delays, not fault of AKFIT).
We are extremely happy that we dealt with this local store and gave them a chance.
You have all my future business, I will make sure that all my friends and family comes in.

A friend told me to order from this store so i ordered hundreds of dollars in flat dumbbells and a small bar, at first the service was good especially with shipping because I don't live in Sudbury. After I received my order I noticed a few weights were missing, so I emailed them and they sent me the missing weights except a 5lb flat dumbbell. I emailed them about it and haven't received a response since and this was a few mths ago. I bought 2 of everything, I really liked the service up until being ignored for the last peice of equipment I PAID for.
