★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A place of Sikh worship that is open to all walks of life. I've found that the evening langar is very popular amongst non-sikhs, which is fine. A quick google search of "langar" will tell you that it's a communal kitchen open to everyone regardless of race or religion. Do some research before you show up so you know why these people are feeding you. Langar is served Monday - Thursday at 7pm ... come early and help set up tables cover your head, wash your hands and enjoy. Be sure to help clean up if you are able to do so. Most importantly, practice gratitude and spread the love for community. Recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’m First Nations of NA from the Dakota Mdewakanton Nation, I went today with my Fiancé and it was peaceful and beautiful, I felt very welcomed as this was my first time attending and I did not know what to do at first but then knew after; the food is tasty and everyone at Langar hall was very nice. I was even gifted a beautiful Kara to wear. I feel very happy and peaceful after visiting today and I will be returning more often with my Fiancé, he’s a Sikh.
