★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to this place to do an oil change for my Audi A4, because my dad have serviced his car at this location before. Maybe the place is good for Japanese and American cars, but certainly not for the European cars, I have waited for 3 plus hours for them to bring the correct oil from another location to do the oil change that would normally take an hour at the dealer. Then about 2000km after, my engine had an oil separator failure that caused low oil pressure and vaccum leak, I had to tow my car to the dealership to get it fixed and redo the oil change. I think they may have over filled the oil, because normally after I have done the oil change at the dealer, the oil indicator would have a small gap below the max line, but this time the level was right at or above the max. Should have done the services at the dealer to avoid all the trouble and the additional cost.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No joke, this was the best decision I had made to get a simple muffler fix.. everywhere else I went and believe me I do my due diligence when it comes to buying things. Everywhere else was way more expensive than Ajax muffler. I highly recommend these guys, very friendly, great customer service, friendly desk support, don't want to jinx myself and say I'll be back but if my car needs it, I will with no hesitation. LOL Don't!! bother looking anywhere else you are just wasting your time. ? Great Job guys.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I read some of the reviews here before posting this one… there is definitely a theme with them. I’ve been dealing with them for years now and honesty is how I’d describe them in one word. I feel there prices are very fair, never push something you don’t need with good clean work. Highly recommend ( Precision Auto is who Initially recommended them to me)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ajax Automotive Service is a great mechanic that offers a wide variety of services at reasonable prices. I have been taking both of my vehicles to this shop since I moved to Ajax in 2020. When your vehicle is in for service they will call you to let you know what type of work needs to be done on your vehicle. They are honest and let you know if something needs to be looked after immediately or if it can wait until a later time. They don't try to push certain services on you just to make some extra money. If you are in a real pinch and need an appointment as soon as possible they will do their very best to squeeze you in. If you are looking for an honest mechanic that has reasonable prices and provides quick service then I definitely recommend this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have heard stories of garages taking advantage of consumers. Overcharging and sometimes doing a less than adequate job. Ajax Automotive Services came highly recommended. I read the wonderful reviews, and took a shot. I couldn’t speak higher of a business and the customer care. They did a great job on our brake work. They were sensitive and respectful to our cost request. They will have all of our future business and I will refer anyone I know (and I’m not even on payroll)?
