He was very respectful, knowledgeable, very clean, and took the time to explain everything to me.
He went above and beyond with the service, taking special attention to all details.
Honestly the best service technician Ive had in my home.

PJ came out to our home and was very professional and personable, gave us a number of options, explained everything really well and made the purchase a very positive experience. The techs arrived on the scheduled day to complete the install and they too appeared professional and knowledgeable and did a great job! Thank you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I initially contacted Aire One Peel after three days of waiting on Enercare to unsuccessfully repair their rental water heater from 2008, that they refused to replace (second photo included below).
The Air One Peel salesman P.J. arrived in essence within the hour of my call and confirmed my suspicion. By the end of the day, our new tankless water heater was installed by Payman and then Enercare arrived, intent on not removing their water heater for another week at an additional fee.
As a testament to the sales acumen of P.J.; we now have a brand new tankless water heater, furnace, air conditioner, humidifier and HEPA air purifier (see photo below).
In closing, we really appreciated the timely service and install of all products (Enercare's scrap bucket rust tank is still in the furnace room), by the competent, capable, knowledgeable and proficient Aire One Peel installers and service people: Payman and Atif.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our furnace stopped working. Called Aire One they responded quickly. Technician Atif diagnosed our problems. Luckily he had the part we needed in his truck. Atif was truly a professional, and explained and showed us the part that caused the problem. He' s a very honest and personable man. We recommend Aire One to anyone that needs assistance. When we need a new furnace , we will definitely be calling them again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I cannot say how amazing Aire One Peel is! Their service is beyond incredible. My technician Paymon was so informative and actually pointed out a Carbon monoxide leak which is insane as I have a service every quarter with another company to inspect my HVAC and not once were they able to point it out. Basically Aire One potentially saved my family from a disaster. I had a Carrier AC unit installed and the unit is now running beautifully. If you want a professional, top of the line company who understands HVAC inside and out, there’s no other place to go than here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent service and prices. Sales rep PJ was amazing. Furnace broke down Saturday morning. PJ was there before noon. He assessed the situation and provided options. He is very knowledgeable. Furnace and air conditioner was installed on Monday as promised. Installers were quick , tidy and professional. Received a call from PJ once the installation was complete to see if we were happy with everything. Now that’s great customer service.!!!. a few days later a relative also had furnace and air conditioner replaced by Aire One and they were also very impressed with the price and service. Highly recommend this company!!!!
