He arrived late, and Aire One called me minutes before his expected arrival time to let me know he'd be late. That was a bit disappointing...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very positive experience. I used Reliance in the past, but Aire One is way better. Reliance also installed my old air conditioner and after 3 years it was no good and needed replacement! Didn't even have a warranty! Luckily I had Aire One to replace it and with a warranty to ensure it isn't wasted money!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am very pleased with the experience with Aire One. We installed a new thermostat and a house humidifier through them and are very satisfied with their service. Adam was very helpful and knowledgeable. He did a professional a job of installing both the things and went above and beyond and explained how our new thermostat and humidifier work. I had a bunch of questions and got answers to all of them. Also the phone support person Sukhjeet was very helpful and professional. I would recommend their service to anyone who is looking for HVAC work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Troy and Matthew did an excellent job with the service. Troy performed annual maintenance on ac unit and Matthew repaired my humidifier. Both looked for clarification on items discovered during their visit when they discovered items of concern. Very happy and would be pleased if either of them were sent again next time I have a service or need a repair.

He even provided advise on energy saving, having clean air and water through out, all by maintaining economical bills too! Great tech to deal with and hope to have his services again in future.
