Terrible service. I’ve had my furnace and A/C removed 3 months and I’ve been charged for it for the last 3 months. They’ve promised me I would be credited back. Still no credit. And still getting charged. This company is horrible to work with.

Try not to have business with this company!Unbelievable disaster company: On March 18 ( Friday) technician came to check the water heater tank, HE found a leak at non related pipe AND without our permission or even letting us know he cut the pipe disconnected hot water and left . He reported the water tank being damaged and need to be replaced. When we called company , Relaince informed us that they cant repair the pipe they broke we need to find a plumber, pay for pipe repair and only then they will replace water tank. We were forced to call plumbing services to repair pipe on Friday night. On Saturday plumber came and stated that there was a damage to piping that needs to be repaired, pipes indeed not related to Reliance company and it should not have been touched by them. The cost estimate was given between 750 to 900 cad to repair the damage and it can't be repaired on spot. NO hot water. We called Reliance and they confirmed that piping need to be fixed and only after they can fix the tank. Sunday morning Relaince technician showed up without any notice to us from Relaince company. He came ( was very nice and polite and apologetic about the fact that nobody told us about him coming) and confirmed he cant fix anything now because we need a new heater. No hot water anywhere in the taps. They promised to come on Monday to install the tank. We have called the company and asked for manager or some kind of contact information to file a formal complaint. we were informed that its not possible but management will contact us directly. They apologised and scheduled a visit on Monday reassuring that everything will be fixed. On Monday, March 21 technician came and stated they cant do it. They rescheduled for Wednesday ( today March 23) Now, they came and stated they cant do it because new heater is not delivered. When we called customer service we were informed that they will try to reschedule it and management will contact us but we cant contact management. The technician who came twice trying to help by calling company and arrange for delivery of the tank is very helpful but we are 7 days without hot water AND with unpredictable expenses. All due to damage that technician done while cutting pipes that he was not supposed to touch.

Reliance is the worst company. I have cancelled two contracts with them - in both cases because they wouldn't respond to my messages or fix my equipment in a reasonable amount of time. They will find every chance they can to charge you unjustifiable charges. They are dishonest and only after I cancelled did they respond to any of my concerns. Even after I cancelled they kept charging me - totally crooked.

Reliance Home Comfort is thirsty for money. It doesn't care about its clients at all. The water heater we rented from this company was leaking badly. It took a week for Reliance eventually had somebody come looking into the issue. Since day one when we rented their water heater, every week, we got sale calls from them. And they kept changing the calling numbers so before picking up, we didn't know the call was from them. We are so happy now to return the water heater to them and not deal with them any more!

FOR A 24/7 SERVICE PROVIDER I HAVE RECIEVED NO SERVICE SINCE TUESDAY. I WAS TOLD THURSDAY IS THE EARLIEST SOMEONE COULD COME FIX MY AC. NO ONE SHOWED UP. NO ONE CALLED. ABSOLUTELY UNPROFESSTIONAL . WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY. CUSTOMER SERVICE AND REPAIR IS A JOKE.

Very poor service my mother in law lives downstairs and has a maintenance package for repair and the central air unit broke down wasn't cooling the house down and it has been a week now had a tech look at it and says small leak near the furnace he would come back the following Tuesday which is tomorrow because of rain and very busy now they cancelled again cause of weather lots of construction workers work in the rain to get things done I'm so sick of these guys cancelling cause of rain and it's to busy My inlaws are seniors and the need the air conditioning. She is paying for this package and they are your customers you just can't toss them aside they are your paying customers to. So called them myself to tell them off and now got them on the urgent list still not enough please keep your appointments or else your going to lose some customers.

Had to have my hot water tanks replaced do to old age and Cambridge’s wonderful hard water!! The two gentlemen that came were very professional and respectful when arriving. It was great to see the mentorship and on the job training to a new employee, that just started working for the company. The only thing that puzzled me that they had to use their cell phones for flashlights!! Do to the location of the water tank where it is located in the home I rent. The reason I was puzzled, was on the back of the hoodie the lead gas fitter had on said, safety first in big white letters!! But as a certified retired health and safety person, I had to wonder why they didn’t have some type of work light or flashlight besides a cell phone!! I didn’t want to disturb them as they were try to get the job done in a timely and professionally manner. Also I’m not sure if the company supplies the tools or if it’s up to each individual employee!! I couldn’t find away to reach out to our local management team to ask this question and to thank them for the amazing job the technicians did replacing my hot water tank

terrible wait times on phones. terrible confusion on everything payment/billing. extremely overpriced compared to buying equipment. we inherited an ac unit when we purchased a townhome. no way to get out of contract other than paying twice the market rate for an ac unit. technicians get bad info from company. i get no info from company. technicians are fine/professional if/when they show up. i would only recommend using this for a big appliance if overpaying for headaches is on your to-do list. stay away.
