Nicole, Dr.Best and Dr.Hudson have made our transfer so easy.
They are so kind and soo great with the kids explaining to them everything they’re doing so they are comfortable and not afraid.
Karla at the front is super kind and always ensures my kids are smiling when they leave !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My dental visits at confiDental have been fantastic. After my long time Dentist Dr. Mark retired 15 years ago it's been a struggle to find a good clinic with good friendly and courteous staff and a skilled dentist that knows how to freeze a tooth properly. Since them I've been told that I'm hard to freeze, my diets not right, don't take enough vitamins and the Chemo Therapy I had damaged my nervous system and on and on. My first appointment was with Dr. Cheung and her assistant Erin to temporarily fix a molar that broke and I was heading out of province to work for the week. Dr. Cheung gave me one needle, we chatted for about 3 minutes and she went to work on that tooth. I was awestruck!!! only one needle, just like Dr. Mark. She finished up in about 20 minutes set the bite and all was good. I was chatting with Erin and told her I haven't been froze like that for 15 years, she smiled and said Dr. Cheung is just as good as Dr. Mark Darcy. My follow visit was just a good, those two work so good together as a team and they help take away the anxiety of going to the dentist. Karla is the brains of the admin operation, always kind and happy, with kindly appointment reminders and schedules with Dr. Cheung's availability. Karla your great!!
If you have a fear for going to the dentist just ask for Dr. Cheung, you will have no more fear.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am a retired hygienist and happy to say Dr. Kowalchuk provided compassionate and thoughtful care today for a young pregnant woman experiencing issues with her orthodontic braces. He did a thorough examination and relieved her discomfort. He provided a practical treatment plan going forward.
It was a very positive experience for her and I recommend this office for comprehensive dental care.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have recently visited Confidential Airdrie and I can’t express enough how amazing everyone there is. I wish I could give them 10 stars because that is exactly what confidential deserves. After I checked in I had to wait a few moments. Carla at the front desk was amazing. She helped other patients with rescheduling for new appointments and look for dates and times that could work. I truly hate getting any dental work done including a cleaning, because the majority of my experiences have not been great. I have extremely sensitive gums, so needless to say I stress out. Linda did my teeth cleaning and she was top notch. We talked about options she could use on my gums to make my experience better. And she did. Linda is very knowledgeable and truly listens and invests her time to get to know her patients. What impressed me was Linda didn’t just focus on the problems and negatives, but also the positives of my dental and gum care With that Lind gave me some suggestions. Linda is absolutely amazing. Thank you for what you do Linda!!! Dr Best did my filling and it was a positive experience. He techniques were amazing. She explained absolutely everything no matter how many questions I asked Dr Best took her time and explained everything. Dental assistant Nicole was lighting fast assisting Dr Best. She knew what Dr Best needed before she said it. I had some good laughs with all of them during my visit. I really enjoyed my visit and recommend Confidential Airdrie to anyone. Thank you to everyone who works at Confidential Airdrie. Thank you for what you all do.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Going to the Dentist is not the funnest thing to do in the world, especially since I get bad anxiety and have had a few bad experiences at other places. I fully informed the staff of this at ConfiDENTAL and they were very accommodating and gentle. I felt zero sensitive spots while they were cleaning and their office is full of fun/energetic staff, so much that my oldest daughter wants to be a dentist when she grows up!
Plus they gave my family and myself mini teeth whitening kits plus other goodies when we signed on as new patients.
I’ve been several times now and this is the right fit for me.

They explained my treatment plan to me thoroughly and they dealt with my insurance company on my behalf which I was thankful for. I've been to 3 dental clinics before and ConfiDental is the best one when it comes to service! Thank you to all the amazing staff especially to Karla, Stephanie and Dr. Dwayne!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Airdrie Family dentist is truly amazing. They are so helpful, thoughtful, kind and gentle. I had a really baby experience in the pat and was very reluctant to go back to a dentist office. Linda was my dental hygienist and she was amazing, I would highly recommend her. She is truly professional and a great person. I will gladly go back and see her. Dr Kowalchuck is also very professional, skilled, and full of knowledge. I highly recommend ConfiDental.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ From the moment you walk in you are greeted by Carla who is very outgoing and always wanting to make you feel comfortable. Dr Best is my dentist and is very friendly and caring. She explains everything that is going to happen and is very concerned about your comfort level. I have always hated dentists but this is not the case with Confidential. I recommend anyone that need any kind of dental work to go to Confidential Dentistry, they are all amazing!!
