★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It’s an amazing place to have fun. My son gets very uneasy in crowded places. One of the supervisors named Lior talked to him and made him feel comfortable. He took my son and showed him around made sure he has a good time. His great service and kind nature is much appreciated. We would definitely go back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place to host a birthday party! Had my daughter's birthday here twice already Kids had a lot of fun jumping around for an hour and then had 45 min for pizza and cake. The party rooms are well organized and clean. Staff is very helpful from setting up the room to helping with serving the pizza, snacks & cake(shoutout to Angelina for making sure everything was good today!?). Looking forward to coming back here again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had the most amazing experience at Air Riderz today!! We always go to sky zone but that will be changing after this experience. Even just walking around, the staff would smile and wave at me and my kids which made our experience so much better. They talked to them during their jump time, and even joked around with them a bit. It was very clean considering the amount of customers at ever hour. I loved the socks they were very cool and are a very reasonable price considering how much my kids like to wear them. There seemed to be lots of staff, supervisors and managers walking around which made us feel very safe and comfortable. The climbing feature is very cool as well as the jumping TV game on the trampolines. I can not get over how kind the staff was today we can't wait to go back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place , but when it’s not very busy . Fun for birthday parties but I felt they were lack of staff ( Friday eve ). Kids didn’t like the pizza , it was Dominos . But overall fun place for kids

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don’t have expectations and have hosted many upscale events and parties personally and professionally over the years-never once have I had the utmost pleasure and complete service we were honoured to receive at Air Riderz! (I’ll compare to my own gigantic wedding at an unnamed venue in Toronto and large events/local celebrity fashions shows I’ve had the pleasure to plan) the remarkable staff members are intelligent, kind hearted, thoughtful, patient, outgoing and a number of many qualities I wish the balance of the world had. Their true character came out when it became hectic, as a busy mom, they took so much worry off my plate and kept me on schedule. During Covid, it was like passing the torch involuntarily and having some time to breathe and enjoy the event.
Many, many compliments from all of the grateful parents and children, on on behalf of myself, if I could hire you all to take care of the rest of my life, I’d do it in a heartbeat.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My kids had so much fun jumping. They have a special area in the middle dedicated to toddler up to age 5. Safe, away from the big kids. Great safety rules in place, staff ensure every one follows the rules.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ good place for kids burning energy，toddler area is in the middle and also could play at basketball area anytime. weekend morning for small kids either. some party rooms.
there are monthly pass and bundle tickets etc. that you can choose which is better works for you. fluorescence socks required at play area for $3.5，and after using you can wash and take with you for next time.
