Voyez les photos par vous même. Voici plus d'un an que je me fais promettre qu'ils vont venir corriger la situation. J'ai fait affaire avec André Castonguay, pire expérience avec un entrepreneur de ma vie.
J'ai tout essayé, courriel, téléphone (autant la secrétaire inutile que André) et en personne : rien n'y fait.
J'en suis rendu à regarder mes recours pour les forcer à corriger leur travail botché d'amateur. Regardé les photos par vous même.
Pitiful, lamentable, horrible experience and so on. They came over to cover my front balcony ... and got the job done on a rainy day ... see the pictures for yourself. I have been promising myself for over a year that they will come and correct the situation. I did business with André Castonguay, the worst experience with an entrepreneur of my life.
I tried everything, email, phone (both the useless secretary and André) and in person: nothing helps.
I went to watch my remedies to force them to correct their botched amateur work. Have a look at the photos for yourself.
