A lady called me, without naming her name, and wanted to sell me a kit by telling me a law and that I was compliant. I had to renew their kit without fail. She told me that I was careless and misinformed by refusing their offer. kind of borderline scam

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Je suis propriétaire d'entreprise et une employé de Medi-Sécur m'a contacté, ne mentionnant jamais pour qui elle travaillait. Elle m'a parlé d'un certain code de loi impliquant une trousse de soin obligatoire pour tous les véhicules d'entreprise. Elle m'a ensuite imposé l'achat de cette soi-disant trousse, donnant l'impression qu'elle travaillait pour une figure d'autorité gouvernementale. Je lui ai donc demandé pour qui elle travaillait et elle m'a donné le nom de votre entreprise. Je trouve votre technique de vente très malhonnête en donnant l'impression que vous représentez quelqu'un que vous n'êtes pas.
I am a business owner and a Medi-Sécur employee contacted me, never mentioning who she worked for. She told me about a certain code of law involving a mandatory care kit for all company vehicles. She then forced me to purchase this so-called kit, giving the impression that she was working for a government authority figure. So I asked her who she worked for and she gave me the name of your company. I find your sales technique very dishonest in giving the impression that you represent someone that you are not.

Mon colis est arrivé en retard (aucunement à cause de Médi-Sécur) et pour avoir un remboursement des frais de livraison, c’est l’expéditeur qui doit faire la requête et non le destinataire selon poste Canada. Je leur ai écrit le 7 mai pour obtenir de l’assistance et ils ne m’ont pas pris au sérieux. On me répond 15 minutes plus tard qu’il n’est aucunement indiqué que c’est un colis accéléré et que service Canada n’offre pas ce service présentement; ce qui est faux. Il est clairement indiqué sur mon colis que c’est un colis accéléré et le service est toujours offert, puisque j’ai eu d’autres colis accélérés dans les temps prévus... Je leur demande alors de préciser quel type de colis a été envoyé et depuis ce jour on ne m’a toujours pas répondu. Très décevant, surtout que ma requête était légitime; je ne voulais qu’obtenir de l’assistance. Si je trouve un service équivalent ailleurs, il est certain que je ne ferai plus affaire avec Médi-Sécur. Dommage.
The product looks good, but the customer service is poor. My package arrived late (not because of Medi-Sec) and for a reimbursement of delivery costs, it is the sender who must make the request and not the recipient according to Canada Post. I wrote to them on May 7 for assistance and they did not take me seriously. I am told 15 minutes later that there is no indication that it is an expedited package and that Service Canada does not currently offer this service; which is wrong. It is clearly indicated on my package that it is an accelerated package and the service is still offered, since I had other accelerated packages on time ... I then asked them to specify what type of package was sent and since that day I have still not been answered. Very disappointing, especially since my request was legitimate; I just wanted to get assistance. If I find an equivalent service elsewhere, it is certain that I will no longer do business with Médi-Sécur. Pity.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had placed an order for first aid supplies making payment for equipment with the $15 dollar shipping fee. I received a call the next day stating they wanted to charge an additional $20-30 in shipping before they would release the order. The order total was only $90. Byer beware this company will charge you extra on shipping then disclosed at checkout. I spoke with a sales associate and they were unwilling to compromise on their decision to charge an additional 30% shipped fee. My order of $90 they wanted to charge a total of $45-50 shipping from Quebec to Ontario. Unacceptable customer service.
