Elle avait gentiment accepté. Après un an et demi sans problèmes, ma conjointe a reçu une contravention de 63 $. Merci Pharmaprix, tous les parents de l'école ont compris. We had asked the Pharmaprix manager for permission to park (outside opening hours) to drive our daughter to school in the morning. She had kindly accepted. After a year and a half without problems, my spouse received a $63 ticket. Thank you Pharmaprix, all the parents of the school understood.

On ne devrait plus se demander pourquoi il n’y a pas d’employés… Si le service à la clientèle est aussi mauvais, je n’imagine pas de la façon que les employés sont traités ! Il y en a qui croient que c’est dû à la pénurie de main-d’oeuvre qu’il n’y a personne… Mais dans ce cas, c’est simplement que les employés sont AILLEURS. Première et dernière fois à cet endroit. Soucieux, serviables et très souriants ne sont qu'un aperçu du service que j'ai toujours reçu malgré les deux changements d'administrations qu'a traversé la pharmacie. J'irais même jusqu'à dire que le nouveau pharmacien-propriétaire est encore plus au TOP niveau que l'ancienne administration. Plusieurs employées qui y travaillent s'intéressent vraiment a nous et ils prennent le temps de s'informer de comment on va ! C'est sûre et certain que les caisses autonomes ou l'on doit calculer nous-mêmes nos articles n'est pas TOP mais on vient qu'on s'habitue. Ceux et celles qui ne sont pas capable peuvent toujours passer par la caissière toujours en place pour aider. Souvent des bonnes aubaines pour la petite épicerie. Ex.: pains, lait, plats surgelés, etc... Sans oublier le généreux programme de points OPTIMUM. I am a customer for a long time. I would even say that the new pharmacist-owner is even more the TOP level as the previous administration. Several employees who work there are really interested to us and they take the time to learn how it goes! It is safe and sure standalone boxes or one must calculate our own products is not TOP but just one gets used. Those who are able can always go through the cashier always up for help. Often good bargains for the grocery store. Ex .: bread, milk, frozen foods, etc ... Not to mention the generous Optimum points program.
