★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Carole a aidé ma mère à se trouver une nouvelle brassière. Elle était très compétente et a très bien adressé les besoins de ma mère de 90 ans qui ne voit pas clair. Très attentionnée.
Carole helped my mother find a new bra. She was very knowledgeable and addressed the needs of my 90 year old mother who cannot see clearly. Very caring.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Accueil non chaleureux! Premier commentaire à notre arrivée, "On ferme dans 5 minutes, voulez-vous prendre un rendez-vous?" Nous cherchions simplement un article qui ne demandait aucun essayage (2 minutes top chrono). Je mentionne ensuite aux deux vendeuses que je repasserais une autre journée pour essayer les maillots de bain et une fois de plus elles me disent que c'est seulement sur rendez-vous, puisqu'ils sont trop occupés avec la COVID. À noter également qu'ils n'acceptent plus les certificats cadeaux préalablement envoyés par "La Châtelaine" puisque ce n'est plus la même entreprise. Je suis bien déçue de mon expérience, car j'étais une cliente régulière et j'aimais bien leurs collections, mais voilà, c'était ma dernière visite.
A warm welcome! First comment when we arrived, "We're closing in 5 minutes, do you want to make an appointment?" We were simply looking for an item that did not require any fitting (2 minutes top chrono). I then mentioned to the two saleswomen that I would be spending another day trying on the swimsuits and once again they tell me it's only by appointment, since they are too busy with COVID. Also note that they no longer accept gift certificates previously sent by "La Châtelaine" since it is no longer the same company. I am very disappointed with my experience, as I was a regular customer and I liked their collections, but here it was, it was my last visit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Très bon service, on est pris en charge dès notre arrivée. Carole connaît son métier, elle saura trouver le soutien-gorge dont vous aurez besoin! Oui, c'est plus dispendieux qu'ailleurs, mais ça vaut le coût! Jamais été aussi confortable dans un soutien-gorge acheté dans des boutiques spécialisées. Jamais été aussi bien conseillée!

Very good service, we are taken care of as soon as we arrive. Carole knows her job, she will find the bra you need! Yes, it's more expensive than elsewhere, but it's worth the cost! Never been so comfortable in a bra bought in specialty stores. Never been so well advised!

Now the boutique has a wonderfull flow and clothing displays to find exactly what your heart desires. There employes give a wonderfull personalised customer service and much more. Milles et une nuits has become my number one stop for bras and baithing suits ♥️??

As a reply on your response I wanted to tell you that she had some demo but not as the same as the ones in the box so it is not true that you had all the kinds and all sizes on demo . I did refuse to try demo not similar to the one I wanted to buy.
And I did want to return something I didn't try and the box are in same shape as i bought. It was my first experience in your store it would have been nice if you would exchange for the satisfaction of a new customer. But thanks it will be my last experience.
