The facial itself was fine, however when I went to pay, the cashier at the front asked me if I’d like to purchase the package with multiple sessions, to which I remember very clearly saying “no thanks, just the one session” to which she responded “okay” I paid my bill and as I left I thought to myself wow, that was really expensive, but rationalized it as a the rates of a higher end medi spa. Anyways, off I went. Fast forward 6 months later in February 2021, I contacted Ageless Radiance again for a laser session, as my local spot was closed due to Covid. When I called to request the laser appointment the front desk attendant told me I had a prepaid hydra facial in my account! Excuse me - a prepaid what!!!???? I was very annoyed. I was angry, I felt I had been unjustly charged for something I had never wanted, and I legitimately questioned the original cashier's hearing or basic listening abilities! On top of that - If I had never called for the laser session, was nobody from the spa ever going to let me know? Would this $200 facial just have sat there unused and wasted forever??? Outrageous! So you overcharge your clients against their knowledge, and then you also never follow up to let them know? I was told “no-refunds” even though I had NEVER REQUESTED THE SERVICE IN THE FIRST PLACE!! Quite literally appalling and such low class customer service.

E	Emma Stone on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On the morning of my appointment I was asked to come in for my session 45 minutes early. I agreed & I rearranged my day to accommodate the new appointment. However, when I arrived not only was I not in and out of my quick 15 minute appointment, but instead I was kept waiting for nearly 40 minutes in the waiting room. 5 or 10 minutes is understandable, but 40 is completely unacceptable. Truly, it’s rude and inconsiderate. Yet I ask, why bother asking me to come in early when your schedule clearly could not accommodate it? I didn’t ask to come in early, you asked me to. I have 2 prepaid sessions here and once they’re done I will not be returning.

M	Mubina Mohamed on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Gowers did botox on my forehead last november 2021 and fillers on my face.. my face looked horible for the first month but gradually settled down, i still have a slight lumb on my face as of now May 2022...Dr. Gowers quoted me 2800 for the whole face including fillers and botox...but when i went to pay the receptionist told me it was 3300 i was not happy and asked her and she told me that Dr. Gowers used more fillers.. this is a way of making extra money in their pocket... my botox on forehead was gone after 2 months instead of 4 months and Dr. Gowers said i should come back in 4 months.. the fillers suppose to last at from one year to 3 years but i see the lines on my face where Dr. Gowers did the fillers are showing. i am very disappointed with Dr. Gowers, i will never go back... they send me special offers on their creams and serum but i would never buy them..

Had one syringe put in and I cannot notice much difference.. just looks like I have a puffy upper lip. Not full lips. Almost all the injections were placed on the outer side of my lips… not sure why.. if I wanted bigger lips, wouldn’t it make sense to inject my lips directly?! Won’t be going back.

I came in feeling a bit nervous and anxious not knowing what exactly to expect, but Dr. Gowers was able to calm me down and made me feel at ease throughout the entire process, he was just great! It's now been a couple of days and I'm very, very happy with the results. I feel rejuvenated, beautiful and confident. THANK YOU so much to Dr. Owers. Its been a few days, so still waiting for my skin to repair, but I can definitely see results with it bringing any blemishes or dark spots to surface. I can't wait for my glowing skin to return. I highly recommend this.
