★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great staff - unless your trying to get through by phone! The lunch hours for the phone used to be noon to 1pm. Now it's noon to 1:30 I guess. SOOO FRUSTRATING!

I find that all the Doctors, and RPNs are amazing. I always feel listened to, and supported. They are also very professional overall.
I wouldn't want to go anywhere else.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Their service is awful! When you call them, instead of connecting you straight to a receptionist, they prompt you to listen to quite few minutes of blah-blahing. (This gibberish should be left to the after-hours time, but not to the time when the receptionist should answer the calls directly!) Then they suggest to press "1" for receptionist and when you press it, you hear the response "thank you for calling" after which you've got disconnected. And that is called "the fast medical response"!? Come on, give me a break!
