★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never open. Won't answer phone calls before they are open. Haven't been able to reach anyone to make an appointment. Been a patient there for years, only met MY doctor once. I am extremely disappointed as I am desperate for a specialist referral, but I am getting nowhere. I deeply regret ever having given them my business as a patient.
Update: my doctor has sent me a letter stating they are retiring and the office is closing. Nothing left to say.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Another follow up. The one receptionist is still as rude as ever. My wife receives the same experience. Everytime we call we are treated poorly, discouraged from trying to book a time with the doctor. Rude tone of voice, and directly told it's not her problem, there's nothing they can do. We have to fight to get her to come up with a solution because she will never offer one, it's always your problem to solve and makes you feel like you need to find somewhere else. No compassionate care what so ever.
Follow Up. Just received another rude phone call from the same receptionist. Its like your health problems are an inconvenience. Listen lady. I didn't ask to be sick.
Receptionist called to cancel my appointment because the doctor was sick. Explaining my situation I was told literally "that's not my problem." maybe have some compassion when people need it the most.
