S	Skye Anderson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They stop answering phones at 3:30 so I called and waited 1 hour and 44 minutes before hanging up at 3:32. I had three other people also calling for me and never got through either. It would ring for a long time then go to music, then ring again, then music. It's always a very long wait to get through but this time almost two hours and they didn't answer at all.
J	Jamie Castle on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have never even met my own doctor, I get pushed off to other doctors in the practice. I sit on hold for half an hour to an hour every single time. When sitting and talking to the doctor they make me see she never listens to me and prescribed me medicine that made me incredibly sick.

A	Autism Mom on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Finally got a medical clinic that is great, our nurse practitioner is great that we did a meet and greet a couple weeks ago. Reception is really nice and caring but they need to do something with the phone lines. Waiting on the phone ringing for 15 minutes is not good. If there is only one MOA they definitely need two. If their is two already there they definitely need three. I have not been to a dr office with only one or two MOAs usually their is three or more.
B	BRUCE TRACY on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After an initial consult, and recent bloodwork, my spouse received a call from the office to call them back. I did so and after a lengthy wait, I talked to the receptionist to let her know that I had a message to call back. She could not find any record of my name or a message. This was last month, and I never heard back-until today. Same thing again , I have been on hold for 30 minutes and no answer. The nurse practitioner who we see is very professional but I have never experienced such poor service from any medical office. I once again did not get in contact with anyone, after they called my home to tell me to call them. I could literally have some fatal disease with 12 hours to live but I would be unaware. We have lived in many places and several provinces in Canada, but this is the most difficult office to contact, if you are a working stiff. Only phone or fax (fax?) Not even Morse code.
J	Jordan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ booked a phone appointment. called them to advise that the doctor was 45 minutes late for the appointment. I was rudely told that I would get the call when I get the call. There was 0 understanding or patience from the person on the phone. It has now been 5 hours since I was supposed to receive my phone call. I have been sitting here listening to their phone ringing for the last 5 minutes just trying to even see if I should be expecting a call ever. Not once did they reach out to me to advise it could take longer than expected to receive the call nor when I called for a follow up. If there wasnt a 1-3 year wait on finding a new GP I wouldnt ever deal with this joke of a business again.

You can wait from anywhere from 30 minutes or longer, then someone answers and asks you to wait, and you ended up waiting again for a long time. One time I called and the phone just rang and rang. So this is very frustrating especially when they ask you to call to book an appointment. The online appointment does not work for my dr.?
M	Melissa Grant on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Henry is absolutely amazing, she listens and cares about her patients. The office staff is so wonderful and always helpful. Such a warm and happy feeling when i need to visit the office for myself or my child. Not to mention the RN they have there is amazing with kids and made my little one so comfortable with getting her 5yr vaccines last year.
