She was so professional, engaging, patient and informative. She greeted me at the door and made me feel right at home while walking me through the process for the evening. I cannot thank her enough for taking the time to explain everything to me and alleviating any anxiety I had. Great job.

I get quite anxious meeting with new health care practitioners in whatever field they work in, but when I arrived for my appointment at the Advanced Respiratory Care at the Sherwood Park location the front staff were pleasant, meeting with Stacy for the first time, she really helped me feel at ease, took my anxiety away by being down to earth which made it easy to discuss my medical problems with no judgments. (Which is rare these days!) Stacy conducted all the tests with professionalism & she was able fit my husband in for a sleep apnea test quite quickly. We both will be returning to this location to work with Stacy & I highly encourage you to see her for all your respiratory issues etc. Thank you Stacy for all your help!

These guys will work their a**es off for anyone, and ensure the patient is their number 1 priority. I have never had a complaint. They direct bill my insurance and ensure the paperwork is filled out so I don't miss a beat getting a new mask or hose or even filters. If you need a Cpap this is the place for you..
Y	Yogi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff needs to be a bit courteous. They want credit card information/ towards equipment for Sleep Study on the spot. Now, it can also be done with copy of Drivers' License as few of us are vary how they handle our credit card. But they don't tell you the option and if you ask the front counter lady curtly replied "you can ask inside if you have any questions". Kindda harsh! The sleep study analyst explained everything in details and was jovial. Good job! it took away the indifferent experience we had at front counter.

I was there asking questions about my cpap equipment. Barbara was so happy to answer all my questions and truly showed so much kindness and care to the next level.
