★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This parking space literally says you dont have to display the ticket on your dash on the wall in huge font right beside the pay meter and nowhere on the parking ticket does it say you must display on dash. It says retain as a reciept. I paid for 2 hour parking at 251pm. I come back to my car at 420 and I find a ticket issued at 310pm saying I didnt display my ticket reciept on the dash. Why would you have a giant sign saying you do not need to display the ticket and then ticket people for not displaying the reciept.
