★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was dealing with this pawn shop over Facebook marketplace. I asked him if he would be willing to sell me a phone for less than he has posted. he proceeded to tell me " ill give you an empty box and surgery for that price" ( intending to call me ugly) he then blocked me before I could respond and then proceeded to message me again later saying he had sold it for a higher price just to rub it in my face. Completely uncalled for, unprofessional and hurtful.

Contacted Billy and he took the time to capture several pictures and sent them to me via sms so I can have a more accurate idea if the item’s condition. In the beginning I was worried to make an E-Transfer of the amount but after I spoke to him over the phone I felt more comfortable. He shipped the item the next day and I got it within two business day. It was a pleasure to work with Billy. I recommend this business!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These are genuinely some of the friendliest and most honest people I've ever met. Not what you'd expect from your typical pawn shop. I have to give a huge thanks to BILLY. The product I purchased here wasn't as I expected but Billy drove over 30 minutes out of his way to my house to personally give me a full refund. This drastically exceeds any expectations I had for customer service. These people built their business on honesty and that's why it's always busy inside. On a side note, I commuted over 90 minutes (each way) to get here because their deals were so great. A++ you have to check them out!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came there for the Asus Vivobook after asking if it was still available on Kijiji. Travelled 1.5 hrs there and was told it just got sold 5 minutes ago. I had to travel back home and it took me 2.5 hrs. No laptop - waste of gas - waste of 4 hours of my time.

They have a lot of knick knacks in the store of various household items. I recommend asking to hold the items you are looking for if you see it on Facebook marketplace.
