l	l szecsy on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waited nine weeks for this appointment!! Had let my gray grow out and was looking forward to a cut and some light highlights!! Walked out with purple blue toned hair and feeling terrible ? And felt that when I called and addressed my concerns, it wasn't all that important! Am returning to former hairdresser who will try to at least mitigate the damage!!Thank goodness for her caring and understanding!! Did not ever think this was going to happen! Hope all future customers have a better experience!!? P.S. One week later and no response, you would think the manager would make a courtesy call!! Nope, just one unhappy senior customer!! Guess we don't count!!?

Sandra is so kind and always does an amazing job on mine and my moms hair (my mom has very curly hair). Sometimes I get my hair done by Ashley and she too has never lets me down, always killing it. They really do care about all their clients and if you go here you will see how they go above and beyond and make sure you have a wonderful experience.

Sandra and everyone else make you feel at like part of the family from the minute you get there until the minute you leave, and during every interaction in between. I can honestly say Sandra is the reason that I still have hair! You couldnt ask for a better place to go and treat yourself. Tell 'em Spenny sent ya!

The stylist walked up and very rudley asked what are we doing ? Like we were bothering her. Tip - when you have a new a client introduce yourself and maybe lose the attitude "Hailey". Then when I asked a couple questions there was eye rolling and such. At the end I asked if there was a part in the front that was trimmed as I couldn't tell. Again heavy sigh with a rude attitude. It is the worst hair cut my daughter has ever had. I will continue to look for a good curly hair stylist in the south since my daughter;s moved away. This was a fail in saying you had a curly hair styliist and rude service. Not a fun experience at all . Luckily my daughter was in good spirirts and well behaved compared to her stylist

I met her through a mutual hobby and decided to give her a try and I am so glad I did, she listened to what I wanted and I gave her some creative freedom to do what she thought would work best for my hair and she got it spot on. I have never been so happy with my hair, will be back and am recommending her to all my friends! Can’t believe she’s an apprentice, she has some crazy skills and so nice to talk to.
