β β β β β Adnan is a healer in every sense of the word. The combination of techniques applied to the principles of Osteopathic treatment and his ability to ask the proper questions lead to fixing a chronic problem with my TF joint. Note, I had gone to see many specialists prior to seeing him. He not only makes it his priority to heal you but will take the time to provide information/explanations of the treatment as well as exercises/stretches that will complement what he has done.

β β β β β I highly recommend Adnan! I suffered a severe lower back injury a few months ago, and was not getting any relief after seeing two physiotherapists, two chiropractors and an osteopath in Toronto. A friend recommended I see Adnan when I was visiting Ottawa. Adnan really took his time to listen, understand the issue and I felt better after one treatment. Most importantly, Adnan developed an exercise regime for me that I could continue at home that actually worked and I was able to see progress - all the other specialists' recommended exercises were not helping at all.

β β β β β I am a big fan of Adnan's work. I went to him with an acute muscular ache, which he verbally investigated for some time before getting hands on and working on the problem area. I won't lie -- it was not comfortable having him work on a very tender area, but by the time he was done, I already had way more mobility in the area and even a little less pain. By the next day, I was feeling vastly improved compared to before the session and over the next few days I returned to full functionality with no pain.
So based on that experience, I went back to have him work on a couple of more chronic musculoskeletal issues I have and he also worked wonders on those, while explaining to me how to prevent them from coming back.
I should point out that I was quite skeptical going in that he could help me at all. I am definitely now a believer. I cannot recommend Adnan strongly enough.

β β β β β I had my first visit with Adnan one week ago. Since then I have been able to sleep on my back comfortably and pain free for the first time in over a year! For my lower back pain I have seen a physiotherapist, chiropractor and massage therapy and taken much pain medication. I wish I had been referred to Adnan much sooner! He is extremely knowledgeable of the body mechanics and his experience shows in the significant results I am feeling after only one visit. He showed me how to reposition myself to help realign my pelvis and now I barely feel lowed back pain. I look forward to a couple more sessions with Adnan and to learn from him how to be proactive to minimize my chances of further injuries reoccurring.

β β β β β Adnan was fantastic. His approach is holistic and he really listens to what the issue is and works with you until you get results. I walked into his office in a great amount of pain. I was given some pretty strong pain relievers and muscle relaxants by my doctor and the pain still made it hard to get around and sleep. The difference after only one session was amazing. I felt like a new person. The next day I did not need to take anything for pain, I was still stiff and sore but not in pain. I would highly recommend him.

β β β β β I have been experiencing lower back pain since a car accident in 2016. I have sought various treatments (massage, chiro, physio) which all only provided temporary relief but my problem persisted and I would have sciatica flare-ups every few months. Recently I was experiencing the worst flare-up ever and was diagnosed with a bulging disc. I was unable to get myself out of bed or even to the bathroom on my own. I saw Adnan for treatment and could barely walk to get into the building. A few minutes into my first treatment I felt immediate relief. My muscles have stopped spasming and I walked out of the apt feeling like a brand new person! Adnan is thorough in his assessment and extremely knowledgeable. I highly recommend Adnan!

β β β β β I was having terrible back aches for 2 years. I went to physio, chiro, and massages, but nothing seemed to help too much. I finally found Adnan and went to 3 sessions, and what a difference it made, my back feels so much better than before. I still have pain that comes and goes but Adnan showed me some stretching exercises that are very helpful. I must admit that the sessions can be intense, but it works!
