A	A K on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I hired Addison Construction to convert my two-unit rental property in 2018 and I am thrilled with the results!! Everyone person that has seen it has commented on how great the place looks and the attention to detail of the work. When I was looking for contractors, the most important attributes are integrity, passion for their trade, attention to detail, reliability, and creativity. Addison scores off the charts in all of these facets. Their project manager was one of the most honest people I have met. He was clear about the risks of doing something and gives his feedback on whether he thinks it is a good idea. Whenever something went wrong throughout the project, he brought it up quickly and let me know the options to resolve them. They also only work with tradespeople that have his similar attention to detail and integrity which minimizes/eliminates costs from rework or mistakes. In summary, I can't recommend Addison Construction enough and their rates are extremely reasonable when you consider the quality of work, assistance and staff that they provide to complete the projects!

This project was a huge undertaking for us and having been previous costumers we felt comfortable that their team would bring their professionalism, care and attention to detail through out the entire project as they had done before. Communication is important to us and the project manager kept us in the loop every step of the way, answered and addressed any questions we had and continued to provide excellent service and care moving forward. We couldn’t have been happier with the final result of the project and are very grateful to the Addison construction team! Number one in our books!

The construction manager kept us up to date with all the different tasks, and all the different contractors were always on time. All work was done cleanly, and workmanship was perfect. During construction, we had some changes and they were always accommodating and incorporated our ideas. Once our basement was completed, a year later we decided to renovate the entire second floor of our home and Addison was first on our list. Again they did a excellent job executing the entire project from start to finish!

After obtaining several quotes we went with Addison and we were very happy with our decision. Loren took time to understand what we wanted and was patient with us through the quoting process. Their project management was top notch and the tradespeople/subcontractors they work with were excellent. They always kept a clean job site (a great sign) and Loren was always available to quickly answer questions and address concerns (another big positive). As the renovation took place during Covid there was the risk of supply chain disruptions and lockdowns etc., but Addison somehow managed to complete the job within the timeframe they gave us (very impressive). We've been in the space for several months now and are really happy with the results. I would definitely use Addison again.

The team also seemed to work exceptionally hard/fast (project was done quicker than anyone else we spoke to) and the end result was great. Highly recommend the Addison team!

After they “finished” we had to secure another contractor to fix the mess that was created. From the moment we met Loren and Addison we knew we would be in good hands. Competent, professional, and a can-do attitude was backed up by great work, great trades and a healthy sense of relationship management. These guys understand the stress of renovation and are all-in to make the experience a good one. I highly recommend Addison and I thank them in a very big way for all they did to ensure the mess we were handed was fixed and done even better than we expected. It is said the measure of a company is in the quality of the leadership and in Loren you have someone is not satisfied until the job is done right.

Right away we felt that we were in good hands with the Addison team. The construction process was seamless, and you can feel and see that the trades as well as the team of people at Addison are hard working and certainly focused on craft and quality. For a large scale renovation it was a stress free experience, which is quite rare for a renovation of any size. Their team is determined to find solutions and we feel incredibly lucky to have renovated our home with all of their support. Their experience is evident and the project manager was always on top of everything. The excellent communication skills, responsiveness and personal relationship built through out the project was something that we definitely appreciated along our construction journey. We feel great full to have worked with a quality contractor and would highly recommend working with the Addison team!
