★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This pre-filter/LED sterilization system is amazing! It totally eliminates need to buy bottled water, our spring water now tastes incredible as does our ice. Super easy to install, customer service is superb- they answer quickly and are knowledgeable and professional. Very pleased with our system and highly recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was looking for an effective means of filtering the drinking water in my coach and was tired of dealing with the external in-line systems. I came across Acuva and knowing that UV was used by both homeowners and municipalities I figured it was worth pursuing. Install was easy (anyone with basic plumbing and electrical skills will have no problem). The end result was we now have clean drinking and cooking water without having to lug around gallons of purified water. Good for the environment and good for my back!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were so excited to install the Acuva ArrowMAX 2.0 in our RV. We were purchasing loads of bottled water just to drink. Having enough space to store it all in the RV was becoming an issue. The customer service person quickly responded to our question while we were in the middle of an issue during installation. Which we so appreciated. It comes with everything you would need to install. We are so glad to know we have purified water in our RV.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My wife and I have much more confidence in our drinking water now. We used to carry bottled water for drinking but the addition of the Acuva filter means we no longer have to deal with gallon jugs of water stored under the sink and in the shower. Installation in an RV is a little challenging to start with, but the failure of the original flow restrictor extended the installation considerably and added to the frustration. However, the company's customer service was great and mailed a new one along with extra tubing to make sure I was able to complete the job in minutes once it arrived. Glad I added this to our RV!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I researched this product for our RV under the sink installation and after my wife mentioned the tap assembly would match the existing hot/cold water faucet, ordered the Acuva ArrowMAX 2.0 water purifier. I was pleasantly surprised to receive the product 2 days later. I followed the installation instructions and we are very happy with its' performance. We have operated the purifier continuously for 5 months and haven't noticed any water taste nor flow issues. Better yet, we haven't had any health issues!
During this process I had a couple of questions posed to their Marketing and technical support team to which they responded in less than 24 hours. Thus I have given a high rating.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We purchased the 12V arrow system for our RV with the faucet. Installation was easy and everything fit under the sink on the back wall. The faucet is tall enough we can fill glasses with the sink cover in place. Love the light on the base of the faucet. Would recommend this product and will install another if we change RV's

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acuva Arrow 5 is working wonderfully in our new home. Although not necessarily built for residential use, it has served us well over the past 6+ months. The staff at Acuva were extremely attentive and supportive to my inquiries and even sent me a new faucet when the threaded base was slightly to short for my 1in thick counter top. 100% recommend for RV and Boats, a little over kill for residential use but the family prefers it over having a brita or similiar filter installed.
Only gripe would be that it doesn't completely filter out all materials like a zero water does. If the pre-filter was ever able to get close to 50-100ppm filtration rate it would be perfect.
