★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not put a deposit on your car unless you are ABSOLUTELY SURE it's the one you want!!!! I gave a deposit of $200 on August 20th to reserve a car until I was sure. The salesman told me I would be reimbursed right away if I didn't want it. I called back 24 hours later to say that I chose a different car from a different dealer. Well , the runaround started ...apparently I had to come back to the Acura dealer to get the refund...but they weren't available on weekends. Six calls later and a lot of wasted time on the phone , and I still haven't been reimbursed the $200..and it's October 1st. Today I spoke with the manager and he reassured me it will be reimbursed. Do you think this is normal? Anytime that anyone mentions Acura, I will always have this crazy story to tell!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ill write this review for my Dad who is not that good with computers and never write reviews. I felt I should given I know all of my dad's cars and he's been with this garage since his 1996 Acura 3.2 TL for himself and my Mom.
In short, he swears by them, their service is nothing short of rolling him the red carpet. Excellent service and customer satisfaction.
As for me, I am the total opposite of my dad, I don't touch dealerships as I like my old cars. I fix them like new and drive them till I am forced to change.
Only once, I was unhappy that they bought back his 2004 TL in flawless shape and low mileage for half it's value for a new one, but hey, it's a dealership, they do want to make money. If you are the type to buy new cars, it's a place that will take care of you. If you like to save money, you aren't the type to buy new cars... unless it's a lease. It's all on what you look for.
