J'ai fais réalisé plusieurs projets par Jean de Actweb; cartes d'affaires, auto-collants, sacs de magasinages etc... je suis toujours très satisfait du service personnalisé et de la qualité du travail.

J'ai appelé pour avoir une soumission pour un travail que je dois réaliser prochainement. La personne avec qui j'ai parlé m'a répondu qu'il avait compris ma demande mais ne pense pas que j'ai assez d'argent pour le payer car cela prend du temps et qu'il n'avait pas ce temps disponible. Il me proposa de me référer à un étudiant en infographie qui pourra me charger moins cher. Premièrement qui êtes-vous pour juger les gens via un téléphone? Est ce que vous savez qui je suis? J'appelle pour un service et vous me dîtes que je n'ai pas les moyens pour vous payer? Votre arrogance et votre discrimination montrent clairement quel genre d'entreprise que vous avez. Juste pour éclairer vos idioties, je suis en mesure de même acheter votre entreprise car vous ne valez pas mieux que ça. Il y a des cours en relations avec la clientèle qui sont disponibles partout au Canada et je me permets de mettre un certain montant dans mes profits pour vous le payer. Ça évitera que d'autres gens éduqués ne subissent pas votre discrimination. Alors à tous ceux et toutes celles qui lis ce commentaire, ne faites pas affaires avec cette entreprise, il y a que des paresseux qui y travaillent sous prétexte qu'on a pas assez d'argent pour les payer
I called to get a quote for a job I need to do soon. The person I spoke with replied that he understood my request but don't think I have enough money to pay it because it takes time and he didn't have that time available . He suggested that I refer me to a computer graphics student who could charge me for less. First of all, who are you to judge people over the phone? Do you know who I am? I'm calling for a service and you tell me I can't afford to pay you? Your arrogance and your discrimination clearly shows what kind of business you have. Just to shed some light on your nonsense, I am able to even buy your business because you are no better than that. There are customer relations courses available across Canada and I allow myself to put a certain amount in my profits to pay you for it. This will prevent other educated people from being discriminated against. So to all those who read this comment, do not do business with this company, there are only lazy people who work there under the pretext that we do not have enough money to pay them

They didn't want to help me because I don't speak French. So if you don't speak French, save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere.

This is a print shop that demands you work around them and not the other way around. Not what you should expect from your local printers. The customer service by phone was very disappointing. I highly recommend giving your business to another company.

I tried to get some info about their products and prices and was very '' politely'' given a ''how to live'' lesson over the phone. Completely ridiculous. I did not try the service itself nor can comment about the quality of their printing products. Since this printing company is new in the my neighborhood I wanted to support them and just called to ask basic questions and was litterally send to hell. The man on the phone did not let me place a word was talking over me and abviously did not care about getting my business. This way I'll go elsewhere.

They hung up the phone on me mid-sentence because I spoke English (didn't even give me a chance to switch to French). But I'm glad they did because I stopped by their office to make a complaint and it is FILTHY and cluttered. Dirty store run by rude individuals. Don't waste your time here, there are PLENTY of other printing options in the area.
