D	Denis Tremblay on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PLEASE READ BEFORE DOING BUSINESS WITH THEM Believe the negative reviews. I have never worked with such a horrible company. They take your order/money and then stop answering any emails. When you try to call them and speak to your sales agent, they are never available (like one of the other reviews stated). Worst of all, they always delay your order by MONTHS! They have never delivered on time and of course are using the pandemic as an excuse. I am disgusted at the way they do business and will not be recommending them to anyone. I wanted to support a local business, but they just get everything made in China and offer horrible customer service. PLEASE TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE.

I placed many orders with them always keeping an open mind and thinking I might just have been unlucky but after more then 5 orders...with products being damaged when they arrive, descriptions/informations lacking on the website and other things that were just sooooo unprofessional...I just simply cannot take it anymore. IT IS ABSOLUTELY NOT NORMAL THAT I NEVER GET A SHIPPING CONFIRMATION AND THE CARRIERS JUST RING AT MY DOOR A CERTAIN MORNING WITH MY ORDER. They also kept calling me sometimes 3 times in a day because apparently my email address was not good...which was not true since I had conversations with many employees and also if they would bother checking the customer's account on their website they would CLEARLY have ALL the informations required and wouldn't need to be such a PAIN for their customers. Honestly I operate 2 businesses and this is just an incredibly bad compagny...would never recommand them to anyone after all the chances I gave them.

They have a full selection of boxes and their displays are great too. Mordechai is always on top of our product and inventory levels and has made some great suggestions for new products to help us during these changing times.
