★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Brar is a fantastic chiropractor. I walk out of his clinic having had a great adjustment - very gentle and precise. I've never felt any pain during an adjustment and am always able to leave the clinic skipping! Dr. Brar is incredibly capable and caring - I once called his office from the airport and he was able to see me before I even went home as I was in pain from travelling. I recommend Dr. Brar to everyone I meet who is in need of chiropractic care - he is excellent!

He’s helped alleviate pain I’ve had for years. Every time I bring up discomfort, he is able to fix it. All around great experience at Activate. Receptionist is also excellent.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Brar is amazing. I was a very hesitant and somewhat skeptical patient but he has proven to be a key part of my health and wellness. My partner is a very heavy powerlifter and recommended that I see Dr. Brar when I started having a sort of weird clicking in my hip after squatting. It took me some time to get used to adjustments, but Dr. Brar built trust with me over time and has a very calming and supportive approach. My hip has been corrected and I know see him for regular adjustments to assist with my on-going needs as an athlete. He is very professional, kind and supportive of holistic well being which is very important to me. My partner has been a patient of his for years and is very appreciative that Dr. Brar understands the intensity of his training and works well with him on his physical health. Highly recommend his expertise!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Brar is hands down the best there is in the city. He is a true professional, has the ability to discover your exact issue within minutes and the knowledge to address that issue accordingly. Personally, I was involved in a motor vehicle accident and was dealing with pain, cracking and popping in my right shoulder/back and neck area. I unsuccessfully went to a physiotherapist for about a year and was recommended to see Dr. Brar after the fact. Our first session he had informed me that I had 3 displaced ribs (unlike the physio) and within the first 3-4 sessions I could truly feel the difference. Not only is he the best at his job, but is also great conversation and a genuine soul. Much respect and appreciation 10/10 recommend

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Brar is a wonderful Chiropractor who is very personable, caring, and is fully committed to providing the best care to his patients. I have been a patient of Dr. Brar for about 2-3 years now, and I only have amazing things to say about him as a professional, and the exceptional work he is able to do. I had been suffering from lower back pain for over 6 months before deciding to give Chiropractic adjustments a shot, and I can confidently say it has significantly decreased the amount of pain I am usually in. I used to go days and weeks with terrible lower back pain, and seeing Dr. Brar on a regular basis has almost eliminated that pain completely. Along with that, Dr. Brar has been very helpful in treating a knee injury I have been suffering from for many years, as well as provide me with great general health and wellness advice. If all that was somehow not enough, the reception staff are also incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and always do a great job making me feel welcome in their clinic. Highly recommend!!
