★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Action is part of their name and for sure in the job they do. We called for a smell from our sewer in our storage room. Their response is way quicker than I thought could be possible. They cleared the drain with of dirt.
The following day Ken and Chris returned when we thought there was a smell. They professionally arrived without no complaint and determination to find out what was wrong. They did a smoke test and discovered nothing wrong. Chris thoroughly went through the house checking everywhere. An awkward situation handled professionally made a us a customer for life. I deleted other companies ( I used before) on my phone now one for this job remains...Action Sewer and Drain.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Darrell and the team at Action were very efficient and personable. We had an issue with a frozen water pipe. Darrell offered suggestions that we could try prior to coming out to the house. Unfortunately, none of those solved the issue as the pipe was frozen several feet out from the house and was beyond out expertise. Action came out and had the problem solved in less than an hour. I would not hesitate to call Action again. Thanks for the great service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We own a 93 year old home, and the second floor plumbing started to leak. Action repaired our 2nd floor toilet, sink, and shower drain with no need to open the plaster walls. Much more efficient than our first option. Four tradesmen were in our home and I appreciated their interaction. They were accommodating, professional, and I never heard any profanity in two days. That is laudable.

We called in a panic as our sewer was backing up. We were absolutely blown away that they were able to come out that same day as we live 2 hours outside of Regina!
Mark, Stephen and Matt were professional, knowledgeable and friendly
and genuinely cared about being there to fix the problem. They were able to assess all the issues very quickly and provide a very clear explanation as to what was required to fix the problem along with a very reasonable quote for the cost.
It was wonderful to see the teamwork and camaraderie as they worked along side each other. It was an absolute pleasure to have them in our home!
I highly recommend Action Sewer and if I could give more than a 5 star rating I would!
