★ ★ ★ ★ ★ AWFUL. This company is a disaster--the worst company I have ever dealt with in 25 years of doing this work. We were warned about them, but because they promised to do our work on schedule, we hired them and gave them a large deposit and explicit instructions. They were months late, sent young kids who only occasionally showed up and clearly had little if any experience laying floors, left our door wide open while we were away, and so on. If you deal with these people, expect them not to return your calls, not take any responsibility for the security of your home or family, and then hit you with a massive bill after months of not hearing anything from them and not even finishing the work. There are many better people in the Kingston region. I write this to make sure this does not happen to other people.

I can not say enough about Julie for helping me from start to finish from picking out my flooring and to dealing with my flooring break downs. They were more than accomodating on choosing a time to come by to show us some samples and see our stairs, along with scheduling for install. They helped us narrow down what would look good in our space, and their turnaround time on the finished product was fantastic.
I will continue to recommend Action Flooring to friends and family!

From the moment we walked through the door and spoke with Chad to the end of the project it was total professionalism and excellent customer service. They managed to finish the work in just one week! Job: 2nd floor carpet removal and installing Hardwood.
I'll make it short and simple:
- We met with Chad a couple of times to select the wood, agree on the details.
- They started on Monday, left on Friday 2PM. All done !
- They cleaned everything after finishing.
