About Action Edge Business Coaching
We are proud and ever humbled by our standing as Canada’s top performing ActionCOACH business coaching firm. We haven’t always had that title though. Holding an ActionCOACH license, certification, and territory since September 2006, we have relentlessly invited the Calgary, Canmore, Kelowna, Penticton, and all of B.C. and Alberta’s business community to learn and access our tools, resources, and coaching that we know delivers life changing impact to economies, communities, families, and individuals. Client by client, relationship by relationship, we earned trust slowly, but consistently through an unwavering dedication to focusing on client results above all else.
We moved into our current headquarters at 1835 20th Avenue NW, Calgary in the spring of 2017 and have since opened other locations in Canmore, Kelowna, and Penticton.
From the onset we have remained fixed in our pledge to build a firm and a team that is 100% full-time focused on business coaching. Our clients are not going at their endeavours part-time or recreationally, and we owe them exactly equal or greater dedication to our craft. Our coaches all have various businesses or organizations or foundations that are now at the point of running without them, and all have chosen to help chip away at our vision and crusade to come to work everyday as a full-time professional business coach.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I first met the team at action edge in September 2020. They came and did a presentation for our company and did an outstanding job. We had Kevin and Kris complete a one day seminar/training session that our team thoroughly enjoyed. After the session we continued with by weekly coaching, my coach was Kevin. I was hesitant as to how this would work and how I could benefit from another person telling me how to “run” my company without knowing as much as I did (or thought I knew). I was surprised to say the least. A different set of eyes looking in has been night and day. They help keep you focused on what you don’t know and what you don’t know to be looking for. Focus is key as we, as business owners start to lean towards low level activities and Kevin helped keep me on task. In spring Action edge switched my coach to Allan and I was concerned as Kevin and I had things “figured out”. I didn’t want to start at ground zero and thought I would have wasted months and hours with one person and then having someone come in and work on all the same stuff. I could not have been more wrong….My first call with Allan was as though we had been working together for months! We were able to continue on the right path with no disruption or delays. Action edges ability to adapt and change my coach from one call to another with no negative impact goes without words. They have the best team at what they do and do it absolutely phenomenal!
Looking back I can’t imagine not having a coach! Awesome job to their team and thank you to Allan for helping me see things now before they become a problem in the future and keeping me on point.
