★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Landon, Nick and Jacob are extremely professional and knowledgeable product advisors, who provided me honest answers to all my questions and concerns. They are a true "team", that covers each other when one is tied up with another customer. I am truly pleased with their assistance with my recent inquiries regarding a trailer hitch and wiring, remote starter and bug deflector for my new Rav 4. I had my remote starter installed today and both Landon and Jacob spent the time to fully orientate me on how to operate the new device. The technician spent time with me, prior to the install, to answer all of my questions. I will see them in the spring to have my hitch, wiring and bug deflector installed. Great people!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I took my truck in to get the retrax tonneau cover looked at. Nick Medeiros was the sales guy I talked to. Very friendly and helpful. When I brought the truck in they promptly took it into the back to have a look at it. The technician named Merlin was professional and pleasant to deal with. He showed me what the issue was and fixed it without any major expenses incurred. I would not hesitate to recommend these guys. And they have a lot of neat accessories in their showroom to boot! (I probably shouldn't tell my wife about that part...) Check them out, you won't be sorry

First time ordering with this company. Car module arrived within two days to my door which is fast. But item appears to have been used, box opened, dirty fingerprints on everything. I would be hesitant to order from this company online versus other similar options these days.

Last week I went into action truck accessories on king Edward in Winnipeg.
I asked the sales guy what he had for suspension shocks for my truck, I was simply told by Nick that my truck was meant to have air ride suspension even though I don’t have air ride and the cost would be around $5000 installed. I just wanted a pair of quick struts for the front and aluminum body shocks for the back on my 2017 Ram 1500 like I saw on their website for about $700 total.
I even told Nick I had a caddy and didn’t want to go that route but he insisted that was all they had for me even though I called a couple days earlier and talked one of the other guys and apparently they could help out with what I wanted.
The old bait and switch, is anyone honest anymore?
