★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great service from the floor guy. The supervisor needs to get off his lazy ass and help when it's busy. I ended up waiting over 30 minutes just to get a switch because the supervisor didn't want to fix a mistake he made on another customer's order and left everything to one guy at the front. Then couldn't even be bothered to come and help the guy out at the front when there was 6 people like me waiting. The guy at the front did the best he could and was very professional and helpful. NAPA get better supervisors

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst place to go to, put you on hold for a half hour. Always need to order in the part you need. People working there only give you attitude. Employees working there don't know anything about basic mechanics, for a supply shop. Place is forever called "napa no nothing"

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to NAPA (Ellice Ave) for an air filter half hour later, I finally left the store, and the order was called in. . . ? I got there and they told me the order had to be picked from the other side of the order desk. This should take a person minutes to get. Hmmm, wondering if the companies strategy is to keep you in the store longer so you spend more money??? Or is it. . . ? I picked up one of their flyers and what a surprise found something I was needing, and it was on sale. Searched the whole store, which isn't really that big, after looking all over for the sale item I asked one of the employees where I could find the item. I was told that most of the items in the flyer aren't stocked in stores and most aren't even available in Canada??? He needed to look the item up, and what a surprise closes place that had any in stock was their distribution warehouse in the states, shocking ?. I'm lost for words with how this company runs their business. I have worked in the retail business and this is very poorly managed, if you have a sale item that will be advertised in a flyer, you make sure that every store distributing the flyers has at least some stock.
Getting back to the air filter order that was called in. . . Waiting for a single item for over 20 mins when the warehouse is literally on the other side of the wall after calling the order in is insane. There must have been 8 people waiting for orders and the people at the order desk kept asking if they could help us. . . "Nope, we're all waiting for orders that have already been placed," someone replied.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Taking poor service to the next level. No line ups, 3 employees on the floor. Told I will be with you in a minute. Stand around waiting while one guy stocks a shelf and another helps out a Napa employee. Tried to pick up an oil filter and I need to stand around for 10 minutes. Weak. Will avoid this location like the plague. Makes me feel like they guys working here are employees and I'm inconveniencing them by trying to make a purchase.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Funny and weird experience at this Napa. I went in to see if I can have assistance building a test pipe for my car as I recently had my Catalytic converter stolen. I inquired about a flex tube and adapter setup, and he just scrolled through his search on Napa.ca for “pipe”. He just said “it just goes on like this forever” lol. So I just went to another auto part store who could help me
