After getting stuck with a 15% restocking fee for products that hadn't even left the store, I can tell you any plumbing contract work I need done will lose out on my business from now on if they choose to use Emco. I am beyond disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Always helpful and knowledgeable. They designed our radiant floor heating system, packaged all the parts and answered every dumb question I ever asked. Since then they've been great in getting parts for the boiler when needed. The only thing that bugs me is that it takes up to 2 weeks to get parts in.
