Chromotherapy is the science of using colours to adjust body vibrations to frequencies that result in health and harmony. Each colour possesses frequencies of a specific vibration, and each vibration is related to different physical symptoms.
Chromotherapy works on various energy points to help balance your body via the full spectrum of visible light, each colour of which addresses a distinct need.
Along with your sauna therapy, you will reap the many benefits of natural body healing with full spectrum infrared heat.
Sessions can be up to 45 mins in length.
Infrared/Steam room sessions -$30 plus hst per single drop in. Includes Towel service
5 Pack- $100 plus hst. Includes towel service , wrap & Flip flops for use (required)
10 Pack- $150 plus hst. Includes towel service with wrap and flip flops for use (required)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Krista and the staff at Achieve are fantastic! I always feel welcome there and actually enjoy going in for a workout. They keep everything very secure and I appreciate that. The infrared sauna is amazing for pain management and I love that they have these options for people like me. They also did an amazing job on the steam room and I can't wait to use it again! Love being part of the achieve family :)
