★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super unprofessional these guys ended up not opening shop during my appointment twice now.. They stand customers up randomly. Cant rely on these guys at all. They're good at what they do but management is horrible and they don't take customers time seriously.

Making appointment was very easy just a couple of clicks and I was on the chair gettin my cut.
Tony did a real fantastic job.
Sharp & clean fade.
Deft would recommend this shop specially Tony's work??????.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been coming here for a couple of years, and I tipped generously after every haircut. I made the trip today and didn't see my barber. I checked my phone and saw that he texted me 45 mins prior to my arrival, informing me that he wasn't working today. No apology, just a suggestion that I could book with someone else, or rebook with him for tomorrow. I booked on Monday, and today is Thursday.
If you look at reviews for other barber shops in town, you'll see that this punctuality issue is a big problem in Vancouver. I didn't think it would happen at this shop.
Try to be more Professional in the future guys. I won't be back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place has a bad combination of subpar, amateur service and relatively high prices. For this price range (30+ CAD/cut) I expect a quality haircut. During my last visit the barber apparently didn't use clean blade for the shave which later was reflected in neck skin inflammation, more over the cut was not symmetric. Stay away, there are better places in town. I definitely won't be back.
