I went in there to get my sons ear pods repaired and had to deal with the owners due to an issue requiring a replacement. Throughout the issue I was kept informed of how Accurate would handle the issue and made me feel like they really cared for me as a customer. Kudos!

I had an amazing experience at Accurate Technologies. Special mention for Zeeshan who went above and beyond to help me with my Iphone issue. Everything was seemless from start to finish.. Would definitely recommend visiting them for any apple products related issue. Best service ever !!

Got my iPhone repaired today. When I scheduled the repair last week, they said the PART will be coming in next week. Come today, I was told over the phone that the PART came in. Went into the store and dropped off my phone. Was never told then that the PART is a REPLACEMENT DEVICE. I was told last week when scheduling to back up my data then but was never told that again TODAY, which is common sense to make sure to inform the customer upon repair date. When I went to pick up the phone, I asked if my phone was erased. That is when i found out the device was a REPLACEMENT and not FIXED. The guy there told me he meant REPLACEMENT DEVICE, but told me when scheduling and today that its a PART. I’m lucky some important information was uploaded to iCloud yesterday. I will never go back here and rather go to an Apple store instead of Apple Authorized as I have AppleCare+. I would have given 0 out of 5 stars but you need to give a star to write a review. Edit: As per your reply. Yes that is correct, I forgot about the backup. However, when dropping off the device I was not told about the details that everything will be replaced except for front display and back camera. I was also not told when dropping off the device that the device will replaced, which is why I said everything is fine as I thought a new back housing was being installed. I was told when scheduling last week that if the repair can’t be done a replacement will be issued, and you guys say my phone so should’ve known right away a replacement and not a part. I also didn’t leave the store happy, as my data was erased as I was told the “part”, not “replacement device”, and that the repair was already done so I couldn’t ask for the old device back to transfer the data over. I left angry about it, but was happy that the device was repaired. The cost wasn’t an issue, as I found out later that day (scheduling day) that an Apple agent quoted me a wrong price as it was for a different route of repair (express mail delivery repair). I have corrected the rating but I still highly disagree that I was told it was a replacement device. I thought it was a part (back housing) as back glass replacements goes for about $100+ and since this is a Pro Max I figured the price was justified. It was also confusing as the whole repair process was done through Rogers Premium Protection plan and 2 years ago they went through 3rd parties and figured it was the same way now but with Apple Authorized. I realized when doing the repair request that the plan is basically AppleCare+ for iDevices.

Excellent service and helpful staff -- would highly recommend. They found a recall notice on my out-of-warranty AirPods Pro... and handled all the paperwork. Received my replacement in a few days. I would consider them for my next Apple product repair. No need to travel to the nearest Apple Store to repairs anymore.

Very clean, professional store. They replaced my iPhone battery quickly and for a good price. They even looked up the warranty for my defective Airpods and I was able to get a new pair for free! I'll definitely be going back here for any future Apple repairs.

If you’re looking for ANY help with your Apple devices (storage, batteries, backups, etc) this is definitely the place to go! The customer service here is EXCELLENT. I had almost lost all hope of restoring my iPhone due to “storage” issues. Buying a new phone with even more storage wasn’t an option I was looking forward to since the phone I have now is barely over a year old however lucky for me, it wasn’t necessary. Zeeshan was very patient and willing to go above and beyond to help me which I truly appreciate because not many customer service reps are willing to do that. If I ever have any more issues with my iPhone, this is definitely where I’ll go. THANK YOU.

Never had a good experience at a cellphone repair places , but this location specifically I love their service , eager to help! Dropped my phone off for repair and it was finished within an hour and it’s a very clean job!! I would recommend this shop for APPLE PHONE AS ITS APPLE AUTHORIZED STORE, more than a Apple retail store! Thanks guys.

I came to the store referred by my friend to have my IPhone XS Max repaired for display issues. I did not have an appointment and yet I was served immediately and treated my concern with great confidence and explained the process of repairing the phone.
