My wife and I got the FBI clearance done from them , within a few days after contacting them.They reply to the emails very promptly and are super professionals in their service. I would be very happy to contact them again if I need any professional service from them again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've used these guys twice now for fingerprint services and apostille services from abroad. The first time I had no issues and so used them again. The second time I had an employer that required the use of fedex. In one email they told me they could do this, in another they said it was impossible. When I tried to question them about it and shared my frustration they wrote back that I should avoid this kind of communication because they are "not used to it." All I ever wrote was that I was frustrated that I was getting mixed answers. They don't deal with questions or customer frustrations very well. I had already prepaid them quite a large sum of money. Overall they do a good job and the final results were OK so as long as you don't need anything done with another courier you should be fine but something that should have taken maybe a few days is now still ongoing because I had to use an intermediate agent who was willing to ship with FedEx for me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have to say I am very happy with my visit today. Dr. Singla processed our application today and it was so smooth. I never though it would be that easy and quick!
I came to this office after visiting another office yesterday and I couldn't get what I wanted....it was such a waste of time....so I went online to find an office with good reviews and I found worldwide forensic so I came in here today and let me tell you I would give 10 stars if I could. They are the best!

there was a girl Ramandeep at that time. she was very professional and taking care of all precautions during this pandemic. she completed my procedure quickly but with all perfection. i highly recommend this place for RCMP or any other services that office offers.

I am trying to communicate with the office to make sure everything is in order and there is no way to reach them via phone or email. Very disappointing since these matters are generally quite urgent.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'll start with a positive, the woman working there was quite nice. The main problem I have with this place is having no warning for the debit/cash restriction. In the lobby there is a long wait with no indication of this. However it seems if you ask intently they'll allow its use. Another problem is no indication that health cards aren't accepted. When you come in with only knowledge of "bring two IDs" it's quite annoying to have to go back home to find a passport.
Edit: I'll admit that if I even received a website for this place I could avoid the healthcare trouble. But throughout my pics there is no warning in the lobby about debit and cash only. When you have to wait hurry minutes to go into the office to see it, it's quite inconvenient. My work buddies who also had to go there all had similar complaints.
