★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called earlier.to get some information about having my fingerprints done, but immediately was met with horrible customer service and they were extremely unhelpful! I immediately decided to find another place, as a friend of mine also had a horrible experience here. They’re unprofessional, rude, & all in all horrible customer service. Please save your time and money, and look elsewhere. HORRIBLE DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!!!!!!

He also doesn't try to hide behind a secretary and is available to contact in those moments when you most need him, which is always appreciated!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ FOR YOUR OWN SAKE DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT COME TO THIS PLACE. I had THE WORST experience here with Salauddin Ahmed. He is by far the worst person I have encountered, he was snarky, sarcastic, rude, and unprofessional. I was extremely shocked at such service and i ever hardly experience anything of this sort. Lucky, the ethiopian lady next door overheard the conversation and sorted me out after I stormed out from his office. I was treated respectfully and professionally with her. So if you want decent, professional service of any sort DO NOT GO TO SALAUDDIN AHMEDS OFFICE.
