★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You tell me that you don't have any Samsung Cartridges. You tell me I have to make a decision on fixing mine or getting a new one. No kidding! I was trying to find out what printer I could purchase that you DO have refills for. If you had not interrupted as many times as you did to tell me what I already knew you would have learned that I wanted to buy from you what cartridges you do carry. BEFORE I get a new printer I WANT TO KNOW WHO HAS THE DAMN CARTRIDGES! knowing this would help me to make a derision on a new laser printer. I recommend talking the time to listen not assume. Use the name that is given not the shorter version of it. Barbara.
