It is about an hour and one-half just for me to drive there and back to try to get this resolved. Poor service.

C	Cory Blood on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Failed to mention the fact that your more recent printers will not accept refilled cartridges which I found pretty quickly online after trouble shooting for an hour why I can't get my printer to print properly (Only one color and smeared with missing spaces.) Printer refuses to recognized the cartridges have been refilled. Just order new ones online. Don't go in. Isn't worth the time or money.

Today I got my black cartridge refilled the most reasonable rate in the city and she replaced it on the spot in under 5 mins 12:40pm with exceptionally friendly service. 5/5 stars.

She goes above and beyond. Today her knowledge saved the land fill from a perfectly good computer printer that I was about to give up on. Just a faulty ink cartridge.
M	Mark Crocker on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ poor service. I dropped in to this location to ask about getting my toners refilled and was told that I needed to return with the model number. I pointed it out on the box I was carrying with the old cartridge. The employee then told me he had mis-spoke and what he needed was form me to leave and call in the order to him. I asked if I could use my cell to call him at that moment, he declined. Eventually the employee let me know that the reason they could not assist me was that they use a third party service to purchase cartridges, and his manager had told him that he was not to reveal this source. His concern was that if I was present, I would see his source on the computer. I informed him that I was willing to continue the process with him, if he could serve me while I was there, again he declined, citing that these were company rules he was following. No fault to the employee - he was courteous throughout the conversation - but the policy of the company ensured that they lost the sale. In a ironic turn of events, the refusal of the company to serve me at the counter out of fear that I would use the information to go directly to the online source, meant that when I returned to my office I did search for an online source and placed my own order with an online company.

I went in to get an black ink cartridge and had some technical issues with the print quality my printer was producing. So, I and called them and they were more than happy to help and resolved my problem. Thanks, from a satisfied and now loyal client.
