★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff was friendly and professional, however I was quoted $24 promo for first month, drove in with my items and was told I must pay an additional $16 for insurance, not optional. Cost me $50 with tax, this was false and misleading advertising.
Updated from 1 to 4 stars, because the Manager Dina went above and beyond to help resolve this issue, she truly cares about making it right. Thank you Dina!

Peter came out personally showed us all the stirage options and was a great guy to deal with. By the end we were all making jokes and having a great time I would highly recommend you go in personally rather then just calling the call center as the call center only mentioned them having one unit available. As we went in this was not the case. Thanks again Peter and Dina!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was my first time dealing with Access Storage located in Rexdale (Queens Plate) location got referred by a friend who had dealt with them in the past and from the initial first call till signing the agreement was such a smooth and easy transition. Both employees at the front desk were awesome but I dealt with Dina and she answered all my questions patiently and took the time to explain and walked with me to show the unit, she went above and beyond, thank you Dina. I would definitely recommend using this place to any of my friends and family very good rate and also great flexibility. Great service Access, keep up the good work!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For my first time using a storage facility, this was a phenomenal experience. The process was quick and easy and I was set up immediately with no wait time and minimal fees. Mitch and Grant provided amazing service and worked as a team to get me set up as quickly and efficiently as possible while making sure I knew every detail about the process. The space was very clean and they paid attention to details to be cautious of covid. The employees were very friendly and welcoming and overall the experience couldn’t have been any better. 10/10!
