★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have used this business in the past and recently went in to require about a unit and found that it's the same staff who are always very friendly and helpful the day time lady is always so friendly and in a great mood , I would very highly recommend for anybody for your storage needs and prices are fantastic

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've only dealt with Tammy, the manager, and she has always been very friendly, and professional. I hope that the office is open sometime on the weekend, as the first of the month can fall on a weekend, and I prefer to pay in person.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tammy at Access Storage in Bowmanville was excellent to work with. She gave us all the information we needed and answered all our questions. She was very polite, patient and courteous. If anyone has any storage needs I would recommend access storage based on our experience with Tammy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The manager here at the Bowmanville location is amazing and has the utmost customer service skills. Tammy is so outgoing and friendly and if there's any issues or complaints will quickly and effective help find a workable solution. Lots of new improvements being done to make it better ie. New doors, a security gate allowing longer hours and 7 days aweek access to your unit!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had the greatest experience with Mike in the office, super friendly, helpful, answered all my questions and understood everything I needed to make a smooth transaction. The stress of packing but knowing my belongings are safe .. this place is perfect!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I can't say enough about this Man but I'll tell you 1,, Michael has been doing so much for me, I live 600 kms away so it's very difficult for me to get a chance to see Michael at his office, but he didn't hesitate to make all the necessary arrangements, adjustments, etc. But, was there for me when I was going through some hard times to make payments for my storage unit. Michael has always been able to help me out, make phone calls and email messages to me. I am very grateful to have him on my behalf despite his efforts and time to work everything out. Totally awesome guy, Michael, and respect him. I hope that I don't get into trouble with late payments and I will say this, he will always be there for me in the future , that's if I get myself into trouble again.
