★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely horrendous service! Called and confirmed twice to get delivery of a storage unit for two weeks before moving. No issues in taking my payment information or confirming time and dates. It never arrived on the day, so I called and they claimed a glitch and that I'd get a call the next day to fix the issue. Never received a call, so I followed up. They claimed someone somehow cancelled the storage and there's nothing they can do. With less than a week to move, I'm left to scramble for storage. The only thing they offered was delivery on the day I'm supposed to move or to just call Sentinel. Don't waste your time with Cube-It. Terrible experience.

Eddy has been very helpful and professional, answered all my questions, and responded promptly to my calls/emails consistently! Marc, confirmed the appointments and obtained my instructions, and reminded me of the upcoming drop off a day prior- very professional! Matt, who delivered the container was equally helpful and professional as well. It feels great supporting a Canadian company and is definitely well worth it - they deliver beyond expectations! ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Moving can be painful but with Cubeit they delivered it to my house, I filled it. It was bigger then I thought. Great way to pack and secure your belongings. Once I filled it, they arranged for pick up and took note of my new move in date and address and scheduled me in. Very easy process. City permits are also extremely easy to obtain so don’t let that discourage you.
