Nous avons actuellement de la difficulté avec un divan Elran que nous avons acheté il y a quelques années (ça fait 3 fois qu'on nous l'échange) et nous nous sommes toujours sentis pris en charge. Ils effectuent leurs suivis de façon impeccable et on se sent toujours accueillie peu importe si notre visite concerne l'achat de nouveaux produits ou un problème avec ceux achetés précédemment.
 We made several purchases with our advisor Jean-Philippe and it is always impeccable! We are currently having difficulty with an Elran sofa that we bought a few years ago (it's been 3 times that we have been traded in) and we have always felt taken care of. They follow up impeccably and we always feel welcomed no matter if our visit is about the purchase of new products or a problem with those purchased previously.

Perfect purchase service BUT it is enough to have a problem with our purchase to SEE that the service is much less efficient.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Les livreurs sont tellement colons, jamais vu pareille affaire. Ils essayaient de passer au travers du cadre de la porte. J'ai dû leur dire comment entrer le divan. Ils ont "crisser" le meuble par terre et sont partis, aucun commentaire, rien. Ben, RD c'est la dernière.
The delivery men are so colonists, never seen such a case. They were trying to get through the door frame. I had to tell them how to get in the couch. They "squeal" the furniture on the floor and left, no comment, nothing. Ben, RD this is the last one.
